With representatives from satellite operators, industry and the public sector, sIRG pursues programs and initiatives to reduce or mitigate satellite interference. sIRG supports APSCC, CASBAA, GVF, RFI EUI and WBU-ISOG and maintains a vital link between the satellite operator, manufacturers and their clients. == History == The Satellite IRG was previously known as Satellite Users Interference Reduction Group, often referred to as SUIRG. The name and acronym changed to the present usage in 2011.
